Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process, once it has been delivered to our warehouse.The item(s) must be in new condition with the tags still attached If the product returned does not meet our terms and conditions the refund will be denied and the item will be disposed of.

For returning your products visit our return portal here: Return Portal (this label must be used within 14 days). Regular returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery with ALL SHIPPING COSTS PAID BY THE CONSUMER. All sale purchases, and giveaway winnings are final.
