We strive to use the highest quality materials for our products. We believe in our quality, and offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumers behalf. We do not recommend disassembling the Traveler Lids for cleaning. Doing so may void the warranty, as it could damage the lid or impair its performance. We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.
If your claim is approved as a manufacturer defect HydroJug will cover all shipping costs. Please use the Contact Us form, or the email [email protected] with your order number and email address associated with your order. (a photo may be required to validate claims) Once you submit the form a representative will reach out to you via email within 4 business days from when you sent it. We will not be able to accept your claim if a photo of the issue is not provided.
Warranty claims can take up to 3-5 days to process and 5-10 business days to ship.
