Returns within 30 days

Use our Return Portal.
Refunds can take up to 5 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
Items must be new with tags attached; otherwise the refund may be denied and item disposed of.
Label must be used within 14 days; returns sent within 30 days of delivery.
All sale purchases and giveaway winnings are final.

Plastic, Glass, & Stainless Steel Jugs

We do not cover broken/dropped bottles or lids due to user error.
Normal wear on Glass/Stainless (scratches, dents, etc.) isn’t covered.
Use Stainless Steel Sleeves for stainless bottles (other sleeves weren’t intended for SS).

Sleeves & Accessories

Returnable within 30 business days of delivery.
Must be new/unused and in original packaging.

Clothing

Return or exchange within 30 business days of delivery.
Must be new/unused, with original tags and packaging.
