How to file a carrier claim and what to expect.
Important
- HydroJug is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, wrong addresses, or refunds/replacements for undelivered packages.
- Customers must file carrier claims. Start with USPS: File a Claim.
- Claims may take up to 3 weeks.
- We’ll review your case after USPS responds and provide photographic proof of fulfillment/shipment.
- Once in USPS custody, delivery can still occur up to 7 business days after a “delivered” scan—please allow that time.
- If USPS never received your package due to our error (never scanned), we will reship at no cost.
